BOWSTONE HILL ROAD.
One 3-bedroom, contemporary rural property located in Greenmount, Ramsbottom. Our brief was to create a complementary property adjacent to Bowstone House, for a young family on a greenbelt site.
Located adjacent to our other project Bowstone House, this property has been designed for their family member. We were asked to design a very contemporary home, with large feature glazing, maximising the rural views whilst maintaining privacy from the neighbouring properties, with a large outdoor entertaining space. The scheme replaces a large steel garage, so the proposed materiality has been designed to reflect the agricultural context with zinc cladding on the walls and roof, and random stone elevations to relate to the adjacent property Bowstone House.
