Bury Old Road

One 4-bedroom new-build eco-home located in the Bury greenbelt. The brief was to demolish an existing garage and create a contemporary forever home for our client which included a large garage for their car hobby and a family annexe for their elderly parent to live within their home.

The proposed design includes a split-level arrangement to accommodate 2-storeys on a site which has a height and volume limit. The layout includes a double height entrance, a double height open plan kitchen dining living space, and inset balconies to the bedrooms to maximise the countryside views.
