Spring is finally here and we are all ready for it! Its time to prep your garden ready to bring the indoors out. If you are like us and have been binge-watching Marcus Wareing’s Kitchen garden – you will also want to get your outdoor kitchen set-up and get ready for the warmer months.
Work has commenced on one of our super home new-builds and the structure of the underground swimming pool is taking shape. Keep an eye on our socials for site progress while we manage the construction stages.
In planning news, we have obtained approval for The Keenans Group headquarters within the Crow Wood complex; our contemporary extension and barn conversion to a Georgian dwelling adjacent to Cromwell’s Bridge in Hurst Green; with a number of positive pre-applications from Ribble Valley to West Lancs.
In design news, we have just presented a concept design for a luxury tourism scheme in Hurst Green; a future-proofed forever home in Higherford; a house transformation project in Ormskirk; and a luxury apartment scheme in Lytham St Annes.
We are currently tendering for Spout House Farm – a large barn conversion and farmhouse transformation; and Lantern Cottage a contemporary extension in Wiswell Conservation Area – both commencing on-site later this year.
In practice news Robyn achieved an amazing career milestone and is now an RIBA Conservation Registrant, and we are loving Spring in our new office!
