Our architectural team develops the vision for your home, balancing exceptional design with planning strategy and technical expertise. As an RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice our work stages follow the RIBA Plan of Work.
THE outcome
Your journey commences at our initial consultation, we then take a detailed brief discussing your requirements for your home. Taking you from strategic design, to concept design, and visualising the house internally and externally via a 3D walk-through, the design is finalised and planning applications are then completed. Post planning approval we complete the Building Regulations submission by co-ordinating the detailed drawings package ready for commencing on-site.
