WE ARE passionate STRAIGHT TALKING Northerners who care ABOUT your project as much as YOU DO
ZMA was founded by Zara Moon and Paul Beneduce in 2017, based on their shared passion for unique properties in beautiful settings.
“We wanted to create an architecture practice where design and creativity was celebrated, where each scheme is unique and pushing boundaries is the norm.”
ZMA is a boutique practice with a unique set-up – we all work on every project together as 1 team which allows us to work efficiently and to everyone’s individual strengths creating a strong team work environment.
Being a small studio allows us to provide a highly bespoke and personal service to our clients, when we are able to create unique schemes individually tailored to our client’s needs.
THE story continues
During the first couple of years our projects mainly consisted of highly sensitive sites where other architects had tried to achieve planning without success. We therefore developed a specialism for achieving design and planning solutions on sites others deemed as ‘impossible’ with a 96% planning success rate.
Planning is highly dependant on design, therefore your interlinked design and planning strategy from day one ensures your best chance of achieving planning success and ultimately achieving your dream scheme.
Our unique in-house combination of expertise allows us to provide all services for your project under one roof including design, planning consultancy, project management and interior design.
Having the same team throughout the life-cycle of the project ensures your original aspirations can be achieved, along with maintaining consistency, and quality throughout the process.
Our Ribble Valley Studio is located in Clitheroe, Lancashire with our projects being predominantly across the Ribble Valley, Pendle, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire.
