Combining his construction experience with his passion for design, and high attention to every detail in order to deliver super homes and luxury developments across the UK.
Paul’s on-site knowledge and entrepreneurial drive is a unique asset within ZMA which has enabled a winning combination to achieve the best possible solutions for our sites, buildings, and clients.
Paul is passionate about all aspects of property and executing schemes to the highest possible quality without compromise. His exceptional eye for detail is what makes ZMA’s unique designs have an extraordinary quality and magic and is why our clients choose to work with us.
Paul has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years, constructing and restoring prestigious private homes, manor houses, castles, and heritage schemes across the UK, Isle of Man, and Jersey.

Paul’s ability to understand and manage high net-worth client expectations is a key asset to the practice, which is reflected in Paul’s business awareness, and market understanding ensuring we maximise the commercial value and development potential for every project.
Paul’s involvement in each ZMA project commences from the first enquiry meeting, and continues through the life-cycle of the project. Including working with the architect’s to develop the initial design concepts, developing the design particularly in terms of how the building will look, the overall aesthetic, architectural style, and materials.
Paul oversees the tendering process, managing the budget and costs of construction methods and materials. When providing full turn-key service, Paul also project manages the construction and interior design stages.
