THE brief

Our clients requested a traditional forever home to enjoy with their large family. The property needed to include 5 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen dining living space, separate living room, office, games room, spa, gym, swimming pool, boot room, back kitchen, and triple garage. A key request was to maximise views of their pond, and distance views of the church from their master suite.

THE solution

The design is a rural manor house aligned with a South-facing garden, and views of the pond from all primary spaces of the house. The design includes a 3-storey house with single-storey wings and outbuildings. The design includes a swimming pool / leisure wing with visibility from the games room and rear garden, an outdoor kitchen terrace overhanging the pond, a triple garage with car-port, and a master suite with balconies on the full top floor of the house.
